About the role
- Monitor and report IT KPIs and performance metrics
- Support IT budget planning, cost tracking, and financial governance
- Ensure compliance with IT governance processes and decision-making frameworks
- Act as a central interface between the CIO, IT leadership, and business stakeholders
- Support strategic IT initiatives and transformation projects
- Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and functional specifications
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar IT controlling, IT strategy, CIO office or PMO roles.
- Experience in IT strategy, governance or IT transformation
- Experience working in complex or matrix organizations
- Strong project or program management skills
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Independent, proactive, highly reliable, thorough, and socially competent
- Fluent German and English
