About the role
- Lead discovery workshops with customer architects and leadership teams
- Develop migration runbooks, playbooks, and technical designs
- Perform hands-on migration work across various environments
- Mentor internal technical teams and communicate with senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 10–20+ years of technical expertise in delivering hands-on enterprise migrations
- Deep knowledge of Infrastructure & Identity (Active Directory, Group Policy, domain consolidations)
- Proficiency with Quest migration tools and Azure cloud platforms (required)
- Networking & Security experience (Routing, switching, SD-WAN technologies)
- Comfort in presenting to CIO/CTO-level stakeholders
- Preferred certifications (Microsoft Azure Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE)
