About the role
- Support recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates)
- Conduct hiring and termination procedures and manage employee documentation
- Support the Personnel/Payroll area (timekeeping, benefits administration)
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and files
- Assist with internal marketing (employee engagement), training, onboarding, and organizational climate initiatives
- Provide assistance and information to employees
- Support the preparation of HR reports and performance indicators
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR and Personnel/Payroll
- Knowledge of HR management systems
- Familiarity with labor legislation
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication skills, organized and proactive
- Ability to work in a team and handle confidential information
