About the role

  • Support recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates)
  • Conduct hiring and termination procedures and manage employee documentation
  • Support the Personnel/Payroll area (timekeeping, benefits administration)
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and files
  • Assist with internal marketing (employee engagement), training, onboarding, and organizational climate initiatives
  • Provide assistance and information to employees
  • Support the preparation of HR reports and performance indicators

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR and Personnel/Payroll
  • Knowledge of HR management systems
  • Familiarity with labor legislation
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Good communication skills, organized and proactive
  • Ability to work in a team and handle confidential information
