About the role
- Development of social media strategies for clients;
- Creation of the client communication guide, including tone of voice, personas and content pillars;
- Definition of objectives and KPIs for each social channel;
- Planning the monthly content calendar;
- Digital planning and campaign strategy, ensuring integration with the client's always-on activities;
- Writing copy and captions for posts;
- Briefing and guidance for post artwork to the design team;
- Creation of moodboards and scripts for photo and video production;
- Scheduling and publishing content on social networks according to the defined calendar;
- Reviewing and correcting artwork to ensure alignment with the brand identity;
- Management of social networks such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook;
- Daily review of clients' schedules;
- Ensuring that all scheduled posts have been published correctly;
- Analysis of the client's target audience to optimize strategies;
- Competitor analysis to identify differentiators and opportunities;
- Research on trends and opportunities for continuous innovation and strategy updates;
- Benchmark analysis, comparing performance against market references;
- Analysis and recommendation of improvements to visual identity as needed;
- Creation and analysis of monthly reports with insights and performance metrics;
- Creation and analysis of campaign-, action- or event-specific reports as required;
- Research and definition of influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives;
- Adjustment of strategies and decision-making to optimize results.
