About the role
- Perform structural engineering assessments of lattice steel towers
- Review and analyze inspection reports and field measurements
- Conduct structural modeling, load assessments, and failure analysis
- Develop engineering recommendations for repair or replacement
- Assist field inspectors and construction crews as needed
- Collaborate with civil, electrical, and transmission line engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in structural analysis and design
- Working knowledge of lattice steel tower behavior
- Familiarity with relevant standards and codes
- Proficiency with structural analysis software
- Ability to interpret field inspection data
