About the role
- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of modernization initiatives
- Partnering with a product owner to learn customer needs
- Prioritizing the backlog and reviewing user stories
- Solve roadblocks and issues when the team can't see a way out
- Driving project schedules, facilitating due-diligence and design sessions
- Maintaining clear communications across stakeholders
- Supporting business-case development and enabling consistent governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 7 to 10 years of project management experience
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Proven vendor and MSP management experience
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders
- PMP Agile delivery credentials, such as PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or Leading SAFe
- Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS) helpful for evaluating and coordinating modernization and platform work.
