About the role

  • Responsible for completing process performance measurement analytics and trending analysis.
  • Compile recommendations for process and system improvements based on operational and financial performance metrics, and lead process improvement projects end-to-end for business areas.
  • Develop and maintain strategic working relationships with business leaders.
  • Partner with Leaders to create the departmental improvement plan, based on segment priorities and goals.
  • Facilitate change management work to support business and process improvements and overall departmental/divisional effectiveness.
  • Independently identify and manage initiatives of significant scope and complexity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 5+ years of experience in related field.
  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certified
  • Project Management experience
  • Data Analytics experience
  • Ability to collaborate and work seamlessly across teams.
  • Ability to translate the data into usable insights for various audiences.
