About the role

  • Support the team in operational personnel management (e.g., implementing individual personnel measures)
  • Assist in the recruitment process, particularly by preparing and sending contract documents and supporting the onboarding of new employees
  • Reliably and independently carry out administrative tasks (e.g., preparing references and certificates)
  • Support payroll-related processes as an interface between the local HR team and payroll
  • Support HR Business Partners with ad-hoc requests and projects
  • Contribute to the improvement of our internal processes

Requirements

  • You are enrolled full-time in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a similar field with a focus on Human Resources
  • Some practical experience in HR and with SAP-HR is an advantage
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications
  • You demonstrate an independent, structured, proactive working style and strong teamwork skills
  • You are confident in verbal and written communication with employees and managers
  • Native-level German and very good English skills complete your profile
