About the role
- Support the team in operational personnel management (e.g., implementing individual personnel measures)
- Assist in the recruitment process, particularly by preparing and sending contract documents and supporting the onboarding of new employees
- Reliably and independently carry out administrative tasks (e.g., preparing references and certificates)
- Support payroll-related processes as an interface between the local HR team and payroll
- Support HR Business Partners with ad-hoc requests and projects
- Contribute to the improvement of our internal processes
Requirements
- You are enrolled full-time in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a similar field with a focus on Human Resources
- Some practical experience in HR and with SAP-HR is an advantage
- Confident user of common MS Office applications
- You demonstrate an independent, structured, proactive working style and strong teamwork skills
- You are confident in verbal and written communication with employees and managers
- Native-level German and very good English skills complete your profile
