About the role

  • Responsibility in Asset Management: O&M support for sales and projects across the entire asset lifecycle
  • Site and business case analyses as well as operational planning
  • Collaboration with the RCC to monitor the EBUD generation fleet
  • Use of relevant tools, coordination of service providers and adherence to budgets
  • Contract management: involvement in O&M contracts including scope of services, OPEX calculation, negotiation and invoice verification
  • Ensuring internal processes, HSE requirements and regular supplier reviews
  • Reporting & evidence: documentation for EEG/CHP (EEG/KWK), KPI monitoring and data analysis
  • Asset performance reporting, support for controlling and maintenance of documentation
  • Regular reporting to team management and preparation of customer cost calculations

Requirements

  • University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Basic business/management knowledge
  • Experience in customer support and contract management
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for energy sector topics
  • Professional experience in resource-efficient technical operation of assets and decentralized energy generation plants is desirable
  • Strong entrepreneurial and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good commercial and technical negotiation skills
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
