About the role

  • Close collaboration with partners to define industry standards for IT systems in network operations
  • Responsible for end-to-end processes in IT projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Energy Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Proven success in process and performance management of IT projects
  • Knowledge of energy-sector processes (Workforce Management, Meter2Cash) and relevant IT systems
  • Confident application of agile approaches such as BizDevOps and Lean
  • Ability to perform complex analyses, structure work clearly, and communicate effectively
  • Proactive working style and willingness to take responsibility
  • Team player in virtual and in-person workshops
  • Business-fluent German and very good English skills (at least B2 level)
