About the role

  • You will work within the Apprenticeship team to support and supervise the target groups of apprentices, dual-study students and school interns
  • You will assist with applicant management, from recruiting through contract preparation
  • You will help organize events with us, e.g. our onboarding week, and support measures for apprenticeship recruitment marketing
  • You will collaborate with us on research tasks for the HR department

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, (Business) Psychology or a comparable field and have an interest in Human Resources
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in HR
  • You enjoy developing independent solutions and like working in a team
  • You have a quick grasp and a structured, self-motivated way of working
