About the role
- You support the team with administrative and organizational tasks – from scheduling and coordinating appointments to corresponding with internal and external contacts and handling day-to-day operations.
- You maintain and update databases and documents and ensure organized filing.
- You create presentations and reports and prepare information in a clear, accessible format.
- As a regional grid operator, we consider it our core responsibility to ensure energy supply through forward-looking energy networks and solutions.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program and have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- You are proficient in MS Office – particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You work carefully, independently and in a structured manner and enjoy contributing as part of a team.
