About the role
- Responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of grid connection processes
- Modeling and documenting processes as well as identifying and implementing required process changes
- Implementing process controlling
- Introducing new process standards, including developing and executing testing and training concepts
- Participation in projects and corporate working groups.
Requirements
- Successful university/technical college degree (Diploma/Master)
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the relevant field
- Familiarity with MS Office and specialized IT systems such as SAP, process management tools, and customer portal solutions
- Possession of a Class B driving license (formerly Class 3)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Analytical thinking and a drive for continuous improvement
