About the role

  • Responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of network connection processes
  • Modeling and documenting processes
  • Developing and implementing required process adjustments, including coordination with stakeholders
  • Implementing process controlling within the area of responsibility
  • Introducing new process standards, including developing and implementing test and training concepts
  • Participating in projects and corporate working groups

Requirements

  • Degree from a university or university of applied sciences (Diploma/Master)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the relevant field
  • Familiarity with MS Office and specialized IT systems such as SAP, process management tools, and customer portal solutions
  • Valid driving licence (class B, formerly class 3)
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Analytical thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ambition, persistence and the ability to assertively address challenges
