About the role
- First point of contact for inquiries — whether via the service hotline, when managing mailboxes, or when handling customer correspondence.
- Handling defect and damage reports and coordinating maintenance, inspections, and remedial measures.
- Supporting materials management — from goods receipt and purchase requisitions to distribution of packages and mail.
- Maintaining master data and creating plans and owner information in our systems.
- Preparing statistics, organizing team meetings, and planning training sessions.
Requirements
- Excellent German language skills
- Interest in IT and technology
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Enrolled student (ideally in a technical degree program)
- Organized and able to work independently
