About the role

  • First point of contact for inquiries — whether via the service hotline, when managing mailboxes, or when handling customer correspondence.
  • Handling defect and damage reports and coordinating maintenance, inspections, and remedial measures.
  • Supporting materials management — from goods receipt and purchase requisitions to distribution of packages and mail.
  • Maintaining master data and creating plans and owner information in our systems.
  • Preparing statistics, organizing team meetings, and planning training sessions.

Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills
  • Interest in IT and technology
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Enrolled student (ideally in a technical degree program)
  • Organized and able to work independently
