- Execute CRM campaigns
- Define system requirements
- Develop functional concepts and user stories
- Maintain landing pages in AEM
- Manage selections and decision logic
- Conduct go-live checks
- Coordinate interfaces
- Support reporting and lessons learned
Requirements
- Degree in a digital or technical field
- 3–5 years' experience in marketing technology or CRM
- Basic knowledge of CRM and data flows
- Structured and precise working style
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn
- Experience coordinating system interfaces
- Communication & languages: German at C1 level and English at B2 level
