About the role

  • You are responsible for sourcing raw materials for our plant sites (in the Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate regions).
  • You are the primary contact for farmers and build long-term supply partnerships.
  • You plan the efficient delivery of raw materials so that our plants are never "hungry".

Requirements

  • Degree or current studies in Agricultural Sciences, vocational training as a farmer/agricultural manager/technician, or equivalent experience in agriculture.
  • You speak "Bavarian" (figuratively) — you are authentic, confident in negotiations, and can explain complex topics in the barn as well as in the office.
  • You remain calm even during peak harvest periods.
  • A Category B driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Bavaria are required.
