About the role
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and escalations related to redispatch within feed-in management
- Support in processing billing orders for redispatch
- Participate in the design and implementation of projects and workshops to optimize processes
- Contribute to the digital advancement and shaping of renewable energy services
Requirements
- Completed vocational training with a recognized additional qualification (e.g., Fachwirt, Meister, Techniker) or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in the energy industry
- Experience with SAP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (basic knowledge of macros desirable)
