About the role
- Support in operational HR and personnel measures
- Preparation of required documents for hires, transfers, reclassifications and contract extensions
- Maintenance of the digital personnel file
- Support for recruiters in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Preparation of materials for pre-selection and conducting initial screening conversations with applicants
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in HR administration/personnel administration
- Ideally experience with SAP and SuccessFactors
- Strong affinity for various IT systems
- Careful and efficient working style and ability to prioritize
- Problem-solver with an eye for areas that need support
- Conscientious and reliable approach to tasks
- Proactive interpersonal skills and the ability to support people in stressful situations
