About the role

  • You will support the HR Director Energy Networks and the extended HR segment team with day-to-day tasks
  • You will contribute to the creation of presentations and internal communication materials, bringing your own ideas and creativity
  • You will actively support internal communications, including drafting and editing texts and blog posts and creating visuals for our internal communication channels
  • You will gain insights into strategic HR initiatives, project work and modern organizational development within Energy Networks

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, Economics, Communication or Social Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Ideally you have already gained initial practical experience through internships or working-student positions in HR, project and change management, or management consulting
  • You are a team player with a proactive attitude, curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
  • You work independently, in a structured way and reliably
  • You have very good German and English skills and communicate confidently — both written and verbal
