About the role

  • Act as an expert on HR IT systems and serve as project manager for all complex HR IT systems projects and system interface integrations
  • Hold the role of SAP HR Payroll Key User and provide support to all users of HR IT systems (SAP-HR) and be responsible for their training
  • Oversee the proper functioning of HR IT systems (hardware and software) and supervise the smooth operation of the payroll calculation and payment process from the IT system perspective for all company employees
  • Act as the main interface with developers for new functionalities, initiate new change requests, carry out testing, and perform needs analysis based on information received from HR
  • Maintain the organizational structure in SAP OM by keeping it updated
  • Correct and harmonize system data, reporting issues and implementing necessary solutions and provide relevant reports related to the activity
  • Conduct data analysis and develop programs for various personnel statistics required within the company or by state institutions
  • Integrate all HR IT tools to support HR activities and process automation, develop and implement automation solutions for HR activities

Requirements

  • Completed university studies, ideally in the IT field
  • Experience in IT & programming
  • Experience in HR is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
  • PowerBI and PowerApps
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • SAP-HR and/or other ERP HR
