About the role
- Assist in the development of new, modern self-services for employees and managers
- Handle self-service-related incidents in ServiceNow
- Create and maintain technical documentation for our applications
- Support testing, acceptance and quality assurance of new self-service applications
- Work closely in international, cross-functional teams and provide active support in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or Engineering)
- Some practical experience, e.g., through internships or previous working-student positions
- Proficient with common MS Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP, web development, and Confluence
- Structured, goal-oriented and agile working style, with strong teamwork skills
- Fluent in German and English
