About the role

  • Assist in the development of new, modern self-services for employees and managers
  • Handle self-service-related incidents in ServiceNow
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our applications
  • Support testing, acceptance and quality assurance of new self-service applications
  • Work closely in international, cross-functional teams and provide active support in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or Engineering)
  • Some practical experience, e.g., through internships or previous working-student positions
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of SAP, web development, and Confluence
  • Structured, goal-oriented and agile working style, with strong teamwork skills
  • Fluent in German and English
