About the role
- Develop and create modern, company-specific HR document templates for digital letters based on the requirements of our internal customers.
- Support our international business in reviewing existing templates and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with our template designers when creating individual letters, such as childcare (KITA) confirmations, and independently resolve minor issues.
- Analyze existing templates, identify optimization potential, and implement improvements in close coordination with our international teams.
- Assist in producing documentation, presentations, and other day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Communication Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Some practical experience in a company, preferably within a corporate/group environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally some initial experience with SAP.
- High motivation, strong initiative, reliability, and an independent working style.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
