About the role
- Support in customer service and customer communication
- Support in receiving, preparing and responding to network-related (grid-related) customer inquiries
- Support in document and contract management, including ensuring IT-technical documentation
- Participation in reporting
- Taking on special tasks within the work environment in coordination with department management
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training
- Very good German skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
- Ideally, some experience in the energy industry
- Proficient in common MS Office tools
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Assertiveness, ability to work independently, strong communication skills and team orientation
