About the role
- Gain insight into personnel management at one of Europe’s leading energy providers
- Be involved in day-to-day operations and work together with our HR Experience Partners on relevant HR measures and special projects
- Support the team in preparing contract documents and take responsibility for creating and processing employee ID cards
- Opportunity to contribute to projects and annual HR processes, e.g., the goal-setting and performance review process as well as the annual compensation round
Requirements
- You are studying in business, humanities, social sciences, or a comparable field
- You are interested in a longer-term collaboration to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and deepen your expertise
- Ideally, you already have initial experience in HR and possess basic knowledge of business operations and company processes
- You consider a high level of customer and service orientation and strong communication skills among your strengths
- Your conscientiousness as well as your structured and results-oriented way of working characterize you
- Very good German (C1) and confident English skills (B2) complete your profile
