About the role
- First point of contact for feed-in customers (PV, wind, storage and biomass/CHP)
- Coordination of the handling of all customer inquiries
- Independent support and coordination of new connections for feed-in installations
- Recording, maintaining and processing customer requests in IT systems
- Handling complaint cases with confidence and reliability
- Support in defining technical requirements for IT systems
Requirements
- Technical or commercial vocational training with further qualifications, or comparable skills and experience
- Extensive knowledge of grid economics and the energy sector in Germany
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP
- Customer-oriented approach
- Initiative and ability to work independently
