About the role

  • First point of contact for feed-in customers (PV, wind, storage and biomass/CHP)
  • Coordination of the handling of all customer inquiries
  • Independent support and coordination of new connections for feed-in installations
  • Recording, maintaining and processing customer requests in IT systems
  • Handling complaint cases with confidence and reliability
  • Support in defining technical requirements for IT systems

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial vocational training with further qualifications, or comparable skills and experience
  • Extensive knowledge of grid economics and the energy sector in Germany
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
