About the role
- You will contribute to the further development of the Supply Chain training program and its content
- You will independently prepare reports and analyses for key metrics of the Supply Chain organization
- You will support communication within the group-wide Supply Chain, e.g., by creating intranet posts
- You will support defined organizational and process-related Supply Chain topics, such as supplier management
- You will assist with the functional roll-out and introduction of new digital solutions, e.g., by coordinating trainings and preparing documentation or videos
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a degree program in business administration, HR management, or (work and organizational) psychology
- You have gained initial relevant experience in development, training design and organization through previous internships or working-student roles
- An understanding of Supply Chain topics is desirable
- Structured, independent working style and analytical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- You speak German at native level and English fluently
