About the role

  • You will contribute to the further development of the Supply Chain training program and its content
  • You will independently prepare reports and analyses for key metrics of the Supply Chain organization
  • You will support communication within the group-wide Supply Chain, e.g., by creating intranet posts
  • You will support defined organizational and process-related Supply Chain topics, such as supplier management
  • You will assist with the functional roll-out and introduction of new digital solutions, e.g., by coordinating trainings and preparing documentation or videos

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in business administration, HR management, or (work and organizational) psychology
  • You have gained initial relevant experience in development, training design and organization through previous internships or working-student roles
  • An understanding of Supply Chain topics is desirable
  • Structured, independent working style and analytical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus
  • You speak German at native level and English fluently
