About the role

  • Independently manage regional sales and marketing activities with a clear focus on end-customer acquisition
  • Oversee and manage the performance of external sales partners in your region
  • Plan, coordinate and provide content support for citizen information events and deliver training sessions for multipliers
  • Analyze and prepare reports on local sales and marketing initiatives
  • Serve as the central interface between regional activities and central sales management

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the German fiber optics market and in managing fiber projects
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, confident presence and a keen ability to build sustainable networks
  • Several years of experience managing sales stores and field sales organizations
  • Proven sales successes, ideally recognized as a top salesperson in company rankings
  • High degree of personal responsibility, strong organizational skills and willingness to travel (predominantly day trips)
  • Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
