About the role

Planning and executing data migrations from source to target systems
Assuming technical responsibility in projects (migration design, migration decisions, overseeing implementation, reviews)
Analyzing source and target data to identify migration requirements
Collaborating with project managers and data architects to ensure data integrity and quality
Defining and implementing extraction and migration logic for various migration objects
Planning and conducting data validation tests
Optimizing the migration process (performance/automation)
Close collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues, subject-matter specialists, and our clients

Several years of experience in data migration projects
Strong knowledge of ETL tools and technologies such as Talend, Informatica, or SSIS
Solid knowledge of programming languages such as ABAP, Python, SQL, or similar
Experience with SAP EAM (SAP PM) is a plus
Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel within Europe
