About the role

  • Lead architecture discussions for the Core Platforms (CRM, Billing, etc.) to deliver seamless business solutions for the Energy Retail segment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, effective technical designs.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architecture to develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for the Core environments.
  • Guide and support project teams throughout the design, development, and implementation phases.
  • Ensure solutions align with E.ON’s business goals, compliance policies, and security standards.
  • Foster collaboration between IT and business units to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Kraken, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Energy Retail business processes and the ability to map them to technology solutions.
  • Experience with integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies connecting SAP and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of energy sector business processes is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP, Salesforce, or solution architecture are highly desirable.
  • Effective communicator across organizations with varying maturity; fluent English (German skills are a plus).
