About the role

  • End-to-end handling of complex processes within customer service in the energy sector (written and telephone)
  • Performing timely and accurate billing for all feed-in customers
  • Contacting feed-in customers (no outbound sales, no acquisition)
  • Reviewing, validating and disbursing incoming invoices in accordance with the EnWG (Energy Industry Act) and EEG (Renewable Energy Sources Act) for renewable energy

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training
  • Ability to understand and manage complex issues
  • Confident user of common MS Office programs
  • Enjoy working in a digital environment
  • Open, communicative and friendly manner
  • Team player with a desire for development
