About the role
- End-to-end handling of complex processes within customer service in the energy sector (written and telephone)
- Performing timely and accurate billing for all feed-in customers
- Contacting feed-in customers (no outbound sales, no acquisition)
- Reviewing, validating and disbursing incoming invoices in accordance with the EnWG (Energy Industry Act) and EEG (Renewable Energy Sources Act) for renewable energy
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Ability to understand and manage complex issues
- Confident user of common MS Office programs
- Enjoy working in a digital environment
- Open, communicative and friendly manner
- Team player with a desire for development
