Copywriter

• Write copy for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media posts, paid ads, and website content.
• Work closely with the Editorial Director to develop messaging and content ideas that align with brand and business objectives
• Maintain brand voice and ensure cohesive, intentional messaging across all touch points.
• Assist with editing and proofreading copy to maintain accuracy, clarity, and tone.
• Collaborate with designers and creative teams to ensure alignment across copy and visuals.

Influencer Marketing

• Own Naturium’s consumer PR strategy, driving awareness, trust, and long-term brand love through earned media and storytelling
• Partner closely with our PR agency to shape pitching strategy, editor outreach, product mailings, and ongoing media engagement
• Build and nurture relationships with beauty and lifestyle editors, producers, creators, and KOLs through agency and direct collaboration
• Lead planning and execution of brand events, press moments, influencer trips, and experiential activations

• Build and maintain relationships with both CVS & e.l.f. partners
• In conjunction with both internal and external partners, develop and execute a sales plan for CVS that effectively delivers net sales growth, market share growth and customer profitability.
• Effectively partner with the demand planning team to ensure a complete and timely forecast
• Ensure all customer requests for information are met in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with all other members of the Sales team to ensure the company’s sales and share goals are achieved and to share best practices.
