Execute the development and qualification of a wide range of primary, secondary & tertiary packaging solutions
Understand and assist in the execution of the packaging development process from concept to counter
Support the ideation, development, feasibility, and implementation of new and improved packages and processes
Troubleshoot technical issues (supplier, plant, distribution, quality, etc.)
Create package component specifications, Bills of Materials, and Fill & Assembly specifications
Collaborate with Marketing and Design on establishing feasibility for new packaging initiatives/concepts

Requirements

Bachelor’s of Science Degree preferably in Packaging Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or other related field
2-4 years of experience in Package Engineering or a related field
Must have beauty/personal care industry experience; start-up/founder led brand experience - a plus
Proven track record of developing creative packaging solutions
