About the role

  • Leverage SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze actual business processes through process mining and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain process models in Signavio Process Manager
  • Conduct gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes, quantifying potential benefits and ROI.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to document, standardize, and optimize cross-functional workflows.
  • Establish and maintain process documentation standards and governance frameworks in Signavio Collaboration Hub
  • Support Change Management by creating clear, visual process documentation accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Partner with IT and development teams by identifying processes suitable for workflow automation.
  • Support post-implementation validations by comparing planned versus actual process improvements.
  • Stay current in Signavio platform capabilities and best practices in process management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • SAP Signavio certification or equivalent process management certification (BPM, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Experience in SAP4/HANA transformational projects and business process standardization.
  • Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and workflow automation tools.
  • Familiarity with change management environments supporting large-scale implementations.
  • Background in process governance for SOX compliance or regulatory requirements.
