About the role
- assist with reporting, analysis, merchandising programs, and general account support while gaining exposure to how retail sales strategy, execution, and partnerships come together in a fast-paced beauty environment.
Requirements
- Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
- Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th
- Available for in-office work at least three days per week
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in CPG (beauty preferred) and supporting major retail accounts
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to deliver results
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Team-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrates initiative and confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Passion for beauty
