Area Sales Manager – Construction Specialty Products

System Administrator

• Ensure that service requests and incidents are addressed in a timely manner, adhering to pre-defined SLA’s and prioritisation
• Providing speedy turnaround on fix for fail issues raised via the service desk system escalating further within the team as and when required.
• Maintain an up-to-date asset register for all IT equipment and services including service contracts, ensuring active directory (AD) hardware records are aligned for the allocated region / locations.
• Maintain AD employee information, ensuring the directory remains up to date and in line with HR requirements.
• Ensure leavers are process within a timely manner, following the current documented processes.
• Ensure that defined procedures for setting up IT equipment and users are adhered to, in addition and identify process improvements on an ongoing basis.
• Create and maintain documentation to provide information for IT incidents and services.
• Review IT documents and procedures with the IT team to ensure documented information is current and accurate.
• Maintain support and ensure security of servers/desktop and laptops.
• Responsible for User-ID and account creation and maintenance (active directory).
• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols and standards.
• Administer hardware and software upgrades when required.
• Assist with maintaining O365 environment including Teams and Licence allocation.
• Maintain security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus and intrusion detection systems.
• Daily maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, servers and all other network equipment.
• Maintain working relationships within the team and with our suppliers to ensure that all deployed services, are supported and maintained effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, analyse, apply and improve technical procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, business periodicals, professional journals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety rules.
• Support corporate compliance standards to de risk any potential issues and minimise impact or potential degradation to business operations. Finance Audits, DPA Audits, GDPR, Security, Disaster Recovery.
• Keep abreast of current technologies/innovations and identify where such technologies could be beneficial to improve company performance. Connect with industry at Forums, attend annual conferences.

IT Systems Administrator – APAC

• Manage our network of national customers and distribution partners
• Advise construction sites, construction companies and contracting authorities
• Negotiate quotations and orders
• Coordinate with the technical department to define product-specific customer requirements
• Work closely with the inside sales team
• Develop and take responsibility for the sales budget
• Conduct analyses and prepare reports on product and customer sales statistics
• Contribute to the development and optimization of the existing sales strategy
• Represent the company at trade fairs

Area Sales Manager, Construction Specialty Products, Field Sales

Accountant

• Independently lead the financial accounting for our Czech entity.
• Fixed asset accounting for all German companies, including foreign branches.
• Contribute to the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for our German entities.
• Execute payments and collaborate on cash management.
• Support all tax matters, including VAT pre-filings and annual tax returns, in cooperation with the tax advisor.
• Prepare reports and analyses.
• Prepare statistics for German authorities.
• Participate in the continuous optimization of accounting processes.
• Support the implementation of a new ERP system.

GL Accountant / Financial Accountant – all genders

• Independent management of financial accounting for our Czech branch
• Fixed-asset accounting for all German entities
• Participation in the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for our German companies

• Support on all tax matters, including VAT returns and annual tax filings, in cooperation with the tax advisor

GL Accountant – Financial Accountant

Human Resources

• Support the HR department in implementing effective HR strategies
• Provide HR and administrative support for all recruitment and induction processes
• Report on HR/People metrics
• Learn to manage all frontline HR queries
• Help to guide and educate managers and employees in the policies and procedures
• Support the management of the administration of payroll, benefits and HSE system monthly
• Administration of the HRIS (BambooHR) including Personnel files
• Administration of Leaver and return to work Processes
• Support manage employee probationary periods with the line manager
• Facilitate and drive completion of the annual performance review process
• HSE Support for client portal reviews and Inspections
• Creation of the monthly HR/People newsletter to all employees
• Travel to other UK locations to meet and speak with DYWIDAG employees
• Liaise with external training providers and support with courses for employees
• Provide support with the Head of People and Culture to line managers on HR policy matters
• Contribute to the provision of advice and support for organisational change

QHSE & HR Coordinator
