About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independent technical preparation of projects in wind turbine tower construction in northeast Germany.
  • Ensuring timely organization, execution and monitoring of projects.
  • Scheduling and resource planning in coordination with production.
  • Deployment planning for installation teams.
  • Monitoring costs and reporting.
  • Central point of contact during all project phases in coordination with clients and other project stakeholders.
  • Point of contact for installation technicians.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and their continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed university degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification (technician or master craftsman certificate, degree in architecture, training as a draughtsperson / technical system planner).
  • (Initial) professional experience, gladly also in the form of vocational training or internships.
  • Confident use of common PC applications.
  • Willingness to learn our ERP system (Navision).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel regularly on business.
  • Very good German and solid English skills, both written and spoken.
