About the role

  • Design, develop, and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements
  • Configure and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows and data models
  • Implement and support Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) use cases, including demand, project, and portfolio management
  • Build intuitive user experiences using UI Builder and Service Portal
  • Develop custom applications using scoped applications and platform best practices
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and integration spokes
  • Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Proven experience with: Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • UI Builder and Service Portal development
  • Custom scoped application development
  • Integrations (REST, SOAP, inbound/outbound interfaces)
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform security
  • Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting APIs
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
