Requirements

Be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program
A basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Exceptional communication, empathy, and "servant-leadership" qualities
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity to ask "why" and suggest process improvements
Ability to work full 40-hour weeks virtually from June 17 - August 7, 2026
