About the role
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and Demos
- Support the Product Backlog: Partner with Product Owners to refine user stories
- Remove Impediments: Identify "roadblocks" and clear paths for engineers
- Track Metrics & Velocity: Use tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to monitor sprint progress
- Champion Agile Culture: Promote continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving
- Learn Technical Context: Work with teams building LLM-integrated apps and complex CRM systems
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program
- A basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and "servant-leadership" qualities
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity to ask "why" and suggest process improvements
- Ability to work full 40-hour weeks virtually from June 17 - August 7, 2026
- Applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Interest in or progress toward a CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) designation
- A basic understanding of cloud technologies or coding
