About the role

  • Own and execute Dynatron’s data strategy and roadmap aligned to company and product priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science.
  • Ensure data initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Product and Engineering.
  • Own data governance, quality, privacy, and compliance outcomes across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or platform roles, with 5+ years leading teams.
  • Proven experience scaling teams and operating data organizations in SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern data platforms, architectures, and workflows.
  • Experience with platforms such as Snowflake or Data Bricks is necessary.
  • Ability to challenge technical decisions constructively without being hands-on day-to-day.
  • Excellent communicator who can align technical teams and executives around shared goals.
