About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ad sales strategy for our offerwall product
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies
  • Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue and ensure ongoing collaboration
  • Negotiate advertising rates and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to optimize the offerwall platform for ad performance and user experience
  • Monitor ad performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Forecast ad revenue and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and their preferences

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ad sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and its key players
  • Existing network of contacts within the advertising industry is a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Passion for the digital advertising industry
