About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ad sales strategy for our offerwall product
- Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies
- Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue and ensure ongoing collaboration
- Negotiate advertising rates and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to optimize the offerwall platform for ad performance and user experience
- Monitor ad performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings
- Forecast ad revenue and provide regular updates to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and their preferences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ad sales
- Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and its key players
- Existing network of contacts within the advertising industry is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for the digital advertising industry
