About the role

  • Develop, implement, and monitor business performance frameworks, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into measurable operational plans.
  • Conduct regular business performance reviews and present insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial, operational, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Produce accurate reporting and actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead the creation of automated reporting tools to improve data visibility and accessibility.
  • Evaluate current workflows and processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Recommend and implement process optimization initiatives using continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Operations, Sales, HR to align performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance strategies and goal execution.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on performance, forecasting, and operational challenges.
  • Lead or support organizational change initiatives that impact performance outcomes.
  • Communicate performance expectations, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure adherence to performance standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years in business performance management, business analysis, strategy, or operations.
  • Highly seasoned and comprehensive managerial and technical knowledge of a major function or industry vertical.
  • Broad, integrated knowledge of related areas of the company’s business.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of people leadership skills for large populations and/or senior level reports.
