About the role
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across multiple traffic sources and platforms
- Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities using data and internal tools
- Set up, manage, and validate tracking links, and data flows to ensure accuracy
- Work closely with internal teams to support performance and scale
- Troubleshoot technical or data-related issues that impact campaign results
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives within Ad Ops workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or analytical field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working with data, systems, dashboards, and multiple tools.
- Experience with Excel / Google Sheets and the ability to go beyond manual reporting.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience working with tracking systems, dashboards, or internal tools.
- Technical curiosity (e.g. understanding how systems connect, data flows, APIs, automations — even without hands-on coding.
- Bonus points if you have experience with SQL and/or coding.
- Exposure to online marketing, performance advertising, or ad tech - an advantage.
