About the role

  • Manage a full sales cycle, from lead prospecting to deal closures with advertising agencies and app developers.
  • Conduct market research, build pipelines, and set targets together with the CSM and management team to ensure we are pursuing the right clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to identify needs and growth opportunities.
  • Work in a performance-driven environment, with clear targets and goals.
  • Represent the company at relevant conferences, meetings, and business trips.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within Ad Tech, digital marketing, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in Mobile Apps User Acquisition - Significant advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • “Hunter” mindset – always seeking new opportunities to grow the business.
  • Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level.
  • Strong English skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with great attention to detail.
  • Skilled in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
  • BA/BSc degree.
