About the role
- Oversee daily operations, client escalation, roadmap delivery, and client engagement
- Lead and manage the infrastructure services team, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations
- Contribute to the development and execution of infrastructure strategies and initiatives
- Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their infrastructure needs
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in infrastructure management
- Contribute to the development of infrastructure documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports
- Assist in optimizing resource allocation for infrastructure projects and tasks
- Utilize technical knowledge to guide and support the infrastructure team in their work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
- Proficiencies in team leadership and project management
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or VMware Certified Professional, are a plus
