- Provide customer service to Life Insurance and Annuities policyholders
- Research and resolve customer requests related to policy details

Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 1–2 years of experience in Life Insurance and/or Annuities
- Prior call center experience required
- Basic understanding of insurance products and related operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong telephone etiquette

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong computer proficiency
