About the role

  • Leading requirements workshops with business, product, and IT teams
  • Translating business needs into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Advising on and configuring SAP Commerce Cloud features (catalogs, products, promotions, cart & checkout, order management, customer journeys)
  • Partnering with technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented as intended
  • Supporting integrations with ERP, CRM, payment, shipping and middleware solutions
  • Collaborating with QA on test strategy, UAT, defect triage, and validation
  • Supporting change management, training, cutover, and hypercare activities
  • Identifying optimization opportunities and driving continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Functional Consultant on SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud projects
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes: product/catalog, pricing & promotions, checkout, payments, order lifecycle, returns/refunds
  • Experience writing high-quality user stories, functional specs, and business process documentation
  • Experience with core Hybris concepts (e.g., catalog structure, product modeling, CMS, promotions/vouchers)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills—comfortable presenting to both business and technical audiences
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
  • English proficiency (additional languages a plus).
