About the role
- Own the solution architecture for SAP C4C (Sales Cloud v2) and its touchpoints with SAP Commerce Cloud, ensuring a coherent end to end customer journey
- Translate business goals into clear target architectures, functional scope, and delivery roadmaps
- Design scalable and maintainable CX solutions aligned with SAP best practices and architectural standards
- Define and govern integration architecture between SAP C4C and SAP back end and cloud services (e.g. SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, and non SAP systems)
- Drive alignment across systems and teams for key CRM and Order to Cash processes
- Guide teams through scoping and business configuration in SAP Sales Cloud / SAP Commerce Cloud, ensuring solution quality and long term maintainability
- Provide architectural direction for data migration and data quality approaches, including use of C4C data tools for reliable data import and updates
- Collaborate closely with QA and business stakeholders to define test strategies, support UAT, triage defects, and ensure smooth go live and hypercare phases
- Lead or support discovery and design workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Support presales activities when required, including solution shaping, effort estimation, and clear communication of architecture to both business and technical audiences
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands on experience with SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud and SAP Sales Cloud v2 including scoping and business configuration
- Proven experience across full lifecycle implementations (implementation, rollout, and/or support), ideally with multiple end to end projects
- Strong understanding of CRM and Order to Cash business processes and their translation into scalable system designs
- Solid integration experience between SAP Sales Cloud v2 / SAP Commerce and SAP ECC/S/4HANA and/or other SAP and non SAP systems
- Experience enhancing standard objects and designing or governing extensions
- Strong ability to assess feasibility, maintainability, and architectural impact of solution designs
- Capability to translate functional requirements into robust, implementable solution architectures
