About the role
- Bring functional knowledge & experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Analyse and provide solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)
- Assess, design and implement user-requested Changes (Change Management)
- Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client
Requirements
- Senior SAP consultant with 5+ years of SAP Consultant experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Focus on/expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules
- Experience in working in multinational SAP support teams, providing services to large client(s)
- Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Team Player and ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem solver
- Willing to learn and expand knowledge and skills onto other SAP SF solutions/modules
