• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business needs into actionable architecture
• Build proofs-of-concept (POCs), demos, and technical documentation for customers and partners
• Work closely with engineering to ensure successful implementations and product fit
• Support pre-sales engagements by presenting technical capabilities and addressing customer requirements
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide guidance on best practices
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to product roadmap discussions
• Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding for partners or enterprise clients
